Every Friday 9.30 – 11.00 am
We have a great range of toys for all babies and toddlers including a slide, ride-ons and toy kitchen where our little ones can ‘put on a load of washing’, ‘cook-up a pan of chicken soup’ and even ‘wash-up’ afterwards! We also have a great range of small toys such as bricks, blocks, dolls, puzzles and a great range of books.
Half way through the morning we have snack-time where the children can join in with the blessings and then enjoy a delicious range of healthy nosh!
We continue with imaginative/free playtime where the children are able to interact with their peers and the adults can chat and get to know one another.
Towards the end of the morning things slow down for song-time when we all sit in a circle and sing nursery rhymes accompanied by our own form of ‘percussion’ to the sound of drums, bells, tambourines and xylophones and some weeks we even have a guitar!
